Personal URL Marketing

Personal URL (PURL) marketing closes the loop between direct mail, and online communications with prospects or customers. It provides the following benefits:
- An integrated direct mail & online marketing system, which will increase response rates, and increase sales.
- It provides a method to track who responds to your offer.
- It provides an alternate communications channel with prospects.
- It allows an expanded offer, and an opportunity to explain, in detail, how the offer benefits the prospect who responds.

How Does It Work?
On each postcard or letter we will print a personal URL, which the prospect can use to find out more information about the offer on the postcard or letter. If the prospect types in the personal URL they will be directed to a web site page that will provide them detailed information about the offer, about the agency, and about the other products available from the agency.
If you elect to have Personal URL marketing, here is how it works:
- Each marketing piece will have a Personal URL like www.My-Policy.com/John.Sullivan.98A75
- The prospect will be encouraged to type in the personal URL to find out more about the offer. Each PURL marketing piece will have a unique “Personal ID” number. The combination of that number plus the matching last name will provide security and ensure only the right person can review their information.
- When they type in the personal URL, our system will look up their record. The DIGITS/CHARACTERS following the name in the URL are unique for each postcard so we can look up the year built of the home, the size, and the policy information on the marketing piece.
- At the PURL web page the prospect will be able to:
- Review the proposed policy.
- Click on a coverage to gain more information about the coverage, and its importance to them.
- Update year built and size information.
- Request a firm quote.
- Request a quote on other insurance needs such as auto, life, commercial and more.
- Gain more information about the agency, and the agency staff.
- The PURL web page can have the company logo, and agency logo, pictures of the staff, picture of the agent, a map with driving directions to the agency and more.
